Are your crystals real?

Yes, all of our crystals are real. We make sure to only buy from trusted sellers, and test our products if there is any doubt. If there is any crystal enhanced by man, we will make sure to mention this very clearly.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

​

We mainly use Mondial Relay, Bpost and PostNL. If you want to use another carrier, please contact us and we will see if we can provide this for you.

How are your orders packaged?

​

We try to be as eco-friendly as possible. We recycle as much as we can. This is a reason why your order could come in old shoe-box or other pre-used box.

Can I order a piece and pay later or in parts?

​

We offer payment plans for everyone. What does this mean ? Payment plans are bespoken through Instagram or via crystalsrising@outlook.com. There will be a written agreement about the time and coming payments. Once the piece(s) are fully paid, we will ship them. We also offer reservations on bigger pieces. This also with a written agreement (and a possible pre-deposit).
